„We were a group of 9, and the dorm rooms worked out great. I liked the way the showers and toilets were situated. Each one private. With a nice area where you could do laundry and wash your hands. The restaurant and sitting room next door were nice.The view from the eating area was beautiful view of the mountains overlooking the canyon.“

„This is a great place to stay when in Copan. Some things that stood out was the location, easily walkable to the ruins of Copan. The bed and pillows were very comfortable!! Shampoo and soap was supplied, but there was no refrigerator in the room, as well as no toothbrush/toothpaste. „My son and and I stayed at Plaza Magdalena during Spring Break 2024 and had a wonderful time. It's right in the heart of Copan Ruinas so it was a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the ruins of Copan, restaurants, Macaw Mountain bird sanctuary, coffee houses, city park or shopping. The staff was very helpful in spite of our limited Spanish. We would like to return to Copan Ruinas someday. It is a truly magical place.“

„Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber kein Luxus. Sessel und ein Tisch sowie ein Kühlschrank wären schön gewesen. Leider gab es bis 22:00 laute Musik von zwei Seiten. An schlafen war nicht zu denken. Speiesekarte des Restaurants war sehr kurz und das Frühstück ohne Qualität. Dafür waren die Preise eher hoch.“
