« Front desk guy was horrible. So unprofessional checking in. He was very argumentative on parking and wouldn’t check us in until we did what he said. He called us big and was very prejudiced in our appearance. Very terrible public skills. Needs to be trained in customer service!! »

« I cannot say enough good things about this property. If quiet and beauty is what you are looking for it's here. Its about 15-20 minutes either way. There is a road next to it but we didn't see a lot of traffic. We unfortunately got rained out and had to leave early so didn't get to emjoy it more. Heidi waa very helpful and understanding about this and even though she was at a family function she took the time to answer my questions. Very sweet and friendly lady. We are already planning a trip...

« The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative i had during my stay was the overwhelmingly strong scent of the carpet cleaner used in the hallway. It was so strong it would butn your nose. I did not smell it anywhere else like that. Only my floor. »
