« This bed and breakfast was peaceful, lovely, clean, and comfortable. A truly delicious breakfast. Charming, warm, and helpful owners. Two fantastic over look views - one from the back deck of the home and the other from a slight hike a few hundred yards from the property. A quaint, historic town, in which I can recommend the Italian restaurant and the train station museum. We stayed in the Magnolia Room which is quite large and offers a jacuzzi tub and a shower. « The bathtub did not drain. There was no soap provided, so bring your own. The furniture was stained. The mattress needed to be replaced. There was a chicken coop right outside the window. The rooster started making noise at 5 am which went on for a least 2 hours. »

« It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell. »

« We booked the hotel for 2 days but since we enjoyed our stay we booked for 2 more days. It’s a very peaceful location. It’s a good place to relax when you’re tired from work and want a little getaway. One thing we would’ve liked in this property is a sauna but other than that everything was good. The owner was also a very good and kind person. He said he would put a sauna next time. In short, I definitely recommend this bnb for couple getaways. »
