« I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. In the mean time were were buying bottled water to brush our teeth and showering at family house. The internet went out on day two...

« My college friend and I were there for our annual three day getaway. We love small towns and visiting all the stores and antique shops. Defiance was charming!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the General’s Quarters. Everything there was just what we needed.. we would highly recommend it to anyone. »

« Loved this property, would rank one of top 3 VRBO’s have stayed in ever!Clean, convenient…moments to downtown Defiance, retail stores, and restaurants. Can’t say enough good about The Aviator’s Lounge…atmosphere great, from large screen TV’s to the wonderful Maytag Washer-Dryer. Awesome kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom (shower plenty of pressure)!Bottom line our new Defiance go to when visiting! Loved it! »

« The water did not work for the majority of the time. It was fixed once on the first day which resulted in muddy/ dirty water but that was short lived as the water promptly went out within the next day and a half. They could not get anyone out to come repair the water again. Not to mention the dryer did not work. We were told that someone would be out to replace/ repair but that never happened. Expedia should be ashamed for continuing to list this property after being told that it was not...

« We couldnt get in or get ahold of owner at check in time, so we couldnt cancel before check in time. Home is in a bad neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets full of junk and pans etc were nasty. Fridge was dirty and mildew in freezer. Bedroom1 pillows were brown and old. Bedroom 2 there was saw dust all over the bed and there was either mold, or bug feces onbox springs. Bedroom 3 had no sheets on the bedand stains all over pillows. There was no heat coming into any of the bedrooms. There was snow and...
