« Very disappointing experience and far below the standard of hospitality we expected from a five-star hotel.
We paid over ₹20,000 for our stay from August 16–19. I specifically chose Sayaji so my 70-year-old father, 65-year-old mother, and 15-year-old son would be comfortable while I was away.
Around 1:00 AM, my son suffered a severe allergic reaction following what appeared to be a bug/insect bite at the hotel. He has a severe sensitivity to bug bites, and the reaction caused significant health...

« Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. They had overbooked the property and we were provided an option to another property which was around 10km away from the...

« The property needs serious upgrades. It feels quite dated and does not justify the tariff they charge.
When we checked in, there was not enough staff available, so the manager and security person had to attend to our requests. Overall, the service and facilities did not match the price we paid. »
