« Everything except the view. There is the beautiful Volcan Baru at the back, but it is impossible to see it inside the hotel and there is no access at the back. Awful view from the room. Construction in the front of the hotel. Ugly street. But the food and the service is excellent. Very nice people working in the restaurant. The room was nice and clean. »

« Staff was very courteous and responsive. Cabin was fairly clean. The staff was quick to help - our instant water heater failed twice, even though we followed instructions carefully. They got it back working right away. The small refrigerator had a freezer compartment, solid with frost, but they replaced the unit right away. It gets very cold in the unit at night. It would be nice to have a small heater for us older folk. Overall it was a nice experience . Breakfast was delicious!! »
