« The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing »

« This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh...

« The hotel was clean and the staff nice. There was an odor in the hallways that was very strong and annoying. The hallways were also hot and stuffy as if no AC was turned on. »

« I had a very positive first impression as I checked in, guided by front desk clerks Micah and Skyler, who made me feel welcome right away. The two-queens room, the hot and healthy breakfast, the well-maintained pool and exercise room all met or exceeded my expectations. Great location for a visit to the nearby monasteries or to the amusement park. »

« This was a nice hotel..The outside.couod.use some.sprucimg up but our room was very nice- the carpet looked new, the beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we had a microwave and a small fridge too. The front desk person was very personable and very polite. We checked in around 9:00 pm without any problems. The breakfast was nothing special but I would definitely recommend this hotel. »

« Breakfast was very nice, hot options. Make your own waffles. The morning we were there they had Strawberry flavored waffle mix as well as regular. The room was well appointed and large. Schnitzelbank German restaurant is literally steps away. »

« Billie was very communicative and went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husbands 50th. When she found out she left a cake in the fridge for us to have to celebrate. we are so grateful for you Billie and we will be back! Thank you for your kindness and sharing your special cabin with us! »

« We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along. »
