« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Parish House. While we only stayed one night, it was enough to have a good experience and to make it a consideration for future stays. The continental breakfast was great, as were the little treats left for us by the owner. Very good communication by the owner with us also. Nice quiet area too that made it great for sleeping at bed time. »

We saw beautiful night skies at the house and also at Cherry Springs which was only 30 minutes away.Josh was incredibly responsive when we had questions. Will definitely be returning again soon! »

« This property was so perfect!! We were supposed to have 12 people and most canceled. So my daughter and her boyfriend and my friend of 45 years all met there! It was amazing!! The house fit us all and we each had our own space! We played games and cooked on the grill! I want to come back just to hang out in this awesome space!! By far one of the best warmest houses and hosts I have had!! »

« The property is a treasure. It was a challenge to find in the dark; Google Maps located the cabin well, but the directions were misleading for finding the driveway. A call to the cabin owner's phone helped us with the directions. We had a couple of ambulatory-challenged individuals in our party who had to use the back entrance, as it had the fewest number of steps to climb. The outside steps did not have railings. Inside was clean and inviting. Accommodations were comfortable as well. »

« The place was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. It is not so much a hideaway, as it it located in a small community, but it is on a hilltop with a lovely view in the distance. Regardless, we were grateful to find an acceptable and affordable place when our camping plans were threatened by weather. The hosts left great instructions as well as information about the surrounding area. We took their suggestion and visited Roost for dinner. You will not go wrong choosing the Hilltop...
