„The Citrus studio cottage is very charming. I loved the craftsmanship of the home. Old charm was mixed with new functional upgrades. The decor was very charming as well. The living space has everything you need to comfortably enjoy a relaxing stay. Being Chico State alumni, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood the rental was located at to and from downtown and campus. “

„This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. “
