« Overall good but missing the items that make it great. My room was not ready until well past 5pm, over an hour after check-in time. Didn’t even offer me a credit for a coffee or glass of wine. Shower was not clean enough. The coffee shop on my second morning was closed as the barista had not shown up. Seul des chambres avec 2 lits queen étaient disponibles. Leurs excuses étaient qu’il y avait eue 300 checkouts cette journée là et que le personnel n’avaient pas eue le temps de nettoyer toutes les chambres… nous sommes arrivés quand même tard (21h00) et je ne comprends pas qu’ils ne se soient pas efforcés de préparé les chambres...

« The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional. »
