« A notre arrivé (21h00) notre chambre n’était pas prête et ne pouvions pas avoir notre chambre RÉSERVÉ ET PAYÉ D’AVANCE… soit une chambre deluxe avec lit KING. Seul des chambres avec 2 lits queen étaient disponibles. Leurs excuses étaient qu’il y avait eue 300 checkouts cette journée là et que le personnel n’avaient pas eue le temps de nettoyer toutes les chambres… nous sommes arrivés quand même tard (21h00) et je ne comprends pas qu’ils ne se soient pas efforcés de préparé les chambres...

« I've stayed here multiple times and all the rooms I've had are clean and comfortable. The man with glasses at the front desk that works morning/day shift is extremely rude and nasty. He raises his voice at visitors and guests for no reason. I was sitting in the lobby and he was harassing me and other guests.
