« The hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the cleaning was terrible, and there was a strong, awful smell in the corridors. The manager even said they cook in the rooms, which is a fire hazard and a huge safety issue. Despite booking a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. The entire property should be non-smoking, but even the rooms failed this standard. I would give zero stars if I could—completely unacceptable. »

« The key we had didn’t work. We were at the very end so we had to walk all the way to the front for another key. It was late and chilly. The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic. Room was clean. Bathroom was tiny. The air didn’t work that well. »

« We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. »

« The heat didn’t work , I booked a room with a single queen bed and they wanted to switch us to a room with two beds, there was trash in the lobby, animals outside of hotel and cats in the lobby »
