The Grand is 'grand' a stylish property probably more than 100 years old- carpeted rooms- confortable bed-high ceiling- modern bathroom-(good water pressure)- decent included breakfast- very friendly staff. Nothing really special BUT for this price it is value for money in he UK. »

« Value for money, in these days of ever increasing costs (particularly hotel stays, whilst working away from home) was great. I’ve paid similar prices and regretted it. This place was perfect. Love the self check-in too. Many thanks. »

« This is a whole house rental in a small estate. The house has parking outside could probably fit two cars. The area was incredibly quiet and it has a small enclosed garden. Inside there are two bedrooms, a double and twin, a bath with shower above and separate toilet. « Location at the Marina is literally on restaurants and bars and great access to the beach and promenade to Seaton Carew. That same proximity to bars also means there is music and people noise until late evening, particularly at weekends.
