The rooms with a view has a genuinely fantastic view of the Dhauladhar Range, especially room 405 and the ones next to it. The food was also great in taste and quality. « Fantastic location. Good sized clean room, comfortable bed and a great power shower. Comprehensive choice of delicious food at Breakfast and Dinner served by attentive friendly staff. In particular Rupali and Shivamshu were excellent. The Spa was out of action during our visit which was disappointing . The hours of operation of swimming pool and spa were also limiting as they closed at 5pm. »

« I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty.
