« The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The staff did not have a wake up call. The hotel is pretty old and needs to be upgraded. There is no elevator to go upstairs which is very inconvenient for elderly people with luggage to carry. Also, there is only one ice machine on the first floor only. Not the best place to stay. »

« DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. I’ve stayed here yearly since 2022, but this time, we were told our room was in “the other building”. This “other building” was in a different parking lot and had several boarded up windows/door. Parking lot full of garbage and dog feces. First floor smelled like feces. Filthy carpet. Had to shoulder the room door open (got worse throughout stay). Man from the front desk said he had to bring us towels and fix the TV (it never worked). Bathroom light was burned out; took...

« Other guests were loud in the halls. Breakfast was scheduled from 6 to 9 am. I went to get breakfast, there was no hot food, only dry cereal instant oatmeal. Coffee could have been freaher. »

« This place needs a lot of work, probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever seen. Exposed plumbing in hallway and the horrible stench was enough, had to find accommodations elsewhere. »
