« Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. »

« The house was absolutely fantastic, it was super spacious and very clean when we arrived. There was a breathtaking view of the Ocean from the top balcony that we enjoyed nightly watching the sun go down. All the beds were very comfortable and Joanne took amazing care of us. She helped us with our bags and other essentials immediately, ice, soap snorkel gear and more. She easily saved us a full day of headache trying to locate a place for our boat near the property. « This is beautiful property on a quiet stretch of beach. It has has a well appointed kitchen and is walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Josette, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed. The bunk room had very comfortable beds, and additional rooms could be rented if more space was needed. The property is very well laid out and affords privacy to all guest rooms. Highly recommend!! »

« All I can say is wow! The house was clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Drinking coffee overlooking the ocean from the top deck and watching the sunset was my absolute favorite activity. The owner Doug was very helpful and we were blown away at the hospitality we received from Joanne and her crew. Joanne helped us coordinate our golf carts, boat parking, brought us towels and other very needed items. This easily saved us a full day of trial & error as first timers on the island....

« House was great, beach was perfect. Bar was great to have. Staff was prompt with sheets and towel refreshes. Pool was cleaned daily and nice, small for group of 8 to use. Only issue was for a week not having laundry was difficult. Regardless of laundry will come again. »

« WOW! Ok, if you want a tranquil location, look no further than Man O War and Ocean Pearl. This property is about an 8-10 minute walk from the ferry dock, the marina, the grocery store and coffee shop. Typically, island guests rent a Golf Cart so the drive is only 3-4 minutes. We spent our days on a boat but when we were at the house we had ample room to hang out on the deck, cook dinners and enjoy the beach.
