« This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

« Hotel qui aurait besoin de quelques rénovations, les chambres ne sont pas très propres, la salle de bain est minuscule et pas au niveau d'un hotel comme celui-ci et les chambres manquent de rangements. Le spa par-contre est vraiment excellent et les bains japonais (onsen) très agréables. Personnel de l'hôtel adorable et efficace. »

« 新しいホテルのため、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 ルームサービスはないですが、1階にあるレストランで客室からの事前オーダーでのテイクアウトができるため、それほど不便を感じませんでした。 小さな売店があり、飲み物やお菓子、地元のワインなども売っています。 15時チェックインでしたが、お部屋の用意が間に合っておらず1時間ほど待つことになりましたが、その間は温泉(サウナあり)に入って過ごすことができたので、のんびりと待つことができました。 HANAZONエリアは、これからホテルなども増える予定なのかな。お陰様で静かに過ごすことができました。 »
