« Rooms were what you can expect and clean. However, pool was closed and used as a dump, and the "gym" is three machines and two of them are not working. Kind of a false advertisement. »

« Extremely quiet and peaceful. Amazing place to enjoy family time. Great hiking trails, fishing spot, backyard for the dogs and kids. Huge fire pit for fires everynight. Everything you need available inside for you to use. Theres also an extremely sweet cat that will go with you wherever you go. Host makes it extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space. »

« This was a WONDERFUL property! The view was amazing and so relaxing. I have NEVER stayed in a rental that was so well stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, and so much more! The hot tub and game room provided so much fun and entertainment! The hosts are AMAZING and sooo responsive. They were readily available to address any questions or concerns. I would absolutely return for another stay. This experience made for a memorable Thanksgiving experience!! Highly recommend! »
