„This is by far one of the worst hotels in SD. I had a reservation that expedia charged me to make. I showed up and they didn't have rooms available. They only had rooms that didn't have heat when it was snowing out. I had to go to a different hotel for the weekend. I then found out they still charged me for the room and they would not refund the amount. Expedia has been completely useless and Love Hotels by OYO is scamming people out of their hard earned dollars. Would not recommend this place ...

„No one at the hotel, AT ALL, office doors locked, lights out, no instructions, phone number, nothing. Called the hotel number listed online, no answer, no voicemail. Out of desperation we called the other hotel at this exit to see if they had a room, they didn't. In conversation, they said "oh we own that hotel too, you can check in over here" (across the highway). Same deal with icemaker and breakfast, "you can come across the highway to get ice and breakfast." We'll never get off at the ...
