« Je laisse 5 étoiles car le prix est très bas, ce qui rend la vétusté tout à fait en adéquation avec le service vendu. C’est propre. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant. J’étais déjà venu il y a 3 ans. J’ai réitéré pour le très bon rapport qualité/prix, et pour la proximité dans le bâtiment d’un restaurant très réputé et pas trop cher non plus. « Stayed here for one night. The bathroom vent wasn't working so the room was rather humid. We had to blast the A/C to try to remove some of the moisture from the air. Overall a comfortable stay but the place could use some updating, like their vents in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, even had soda available in addition to the typical free breakfast options. »

« Appearance very welcoming. Room was fine but there is a lack of hooks/bars to hang towels (bar under sink does not accommodate bath towels). No free wifi is a drawback. Breakfast was fine. One issue was trying to check out - no one at front desk - rang bell numerous times and still no one after 10 minutes. Had to leave note & keys checking out and call back to ensure they had checked us out. »

Et enfin de gros travaux aux alentours avec grue et route barrée ne nous ont pas été signalés au moment de la réservation et auraient justifiés un rabais... Rooftop agréable mais très bruyant. Néanmoins nuit très agréable ... et établissement bien situé ! »

« The bathroom door did not shut and door knob was falling off. The room door did not close well and needed to be pulled shut. Linens had "pink" stains on them. Linens were also damp as if washed but not dried. Room had damp smell to it. »

« I will start with the good… great location off the highway, near restaurants and U of Iowa. Unfortunately that was only good. Was met with unfriendly front staff at check in (housecleaning staff was friendly and accomodating). Had to walk around large black garbage bags in lobby and on our floor. Our first room had a fire alarm that was hanging by a wire from ceiling, tv did not work, carpet dirty and bathroom ceiling was peeling over shower. We requested a new room which was much better...
