« The surrounding area to the property is gorgeous and has great potential for a nice place to get away; however, the lack of information prior to arriving was a bit of a let down. Firstly, there was no indication before arriving that the place we would be staying at was currently in the process of being remodeled. « Rented the main house and the other little cabin on the property for me and my sister so we could attend my niece’s wedding. It was the escape we needed from the craziness of the wedding and was exactly what we needed. It was quiet and allowed us to unwind and catch our breath. « Very discrete clean little cabin up on a hilltop. Very quiet and secluded with amazing views and a nice patio of the bedroom. The host gave perfect instructions and directions. Will definitely stay here again!! »

« We loved the Bass Bungalow! This place is a gem. Clean, cozy and the views are awesome! Such a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the porch soaking in the beautiful mountains and Lake Watauga. Our dog enjoyed swimming and had easy access to enter the lake. It was a perfect getaway for us. »

« One of the best places I've stayed with my family, hands down! My kids spent most of the day catching crawfish and lizards in the creek. We got close with one of the neighbors and it made the trip a million times better. Not only did i feel at home with my kids (hard for me), but i made lifelong memories with my family. The host is great and will help with everything they can »

« We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. « Cabin was nice , the ac was ice cold . Lake was a short walk. Swimming beach is 10 minutes down the road. My wife and daughter misplaced some swimsuits, the owner messaged me and made them available for me, I would definitely recommend. »

« The .most beautiful cabin setting in the seclude woods of Tennessee. Gorgeous pond with huge catfish and kouia s big as a submarine. Excellent living space. Very homie and comfortable. Spent most of our time on the huge back deck, hot tubbing and enjoying nature. I highly recommend this property. I will return in the winter to see how it is in the snowy splendor of the beautiful mountains. Also, when we went to town for groceries, the people are awesome, every one is so nice and helpful....
