„Terrible service“

„We stayed for 5 days (couple), yet the cleaning service is unprofessional 1. upon arrival the toilet was still dirty from the previous visitor. It got cleaned immediatly and the staff gave us water and chips as compensation 2. one day when we used our room during cleaning time, we told the staff upon leaving that our room still needs cleaning yet they missed it - even though we had left a good tip the day before These are standard things that should work in a hotel of this category - thus ...

„staff and facilities were friendly and very clean wonderful. AC was great The breakfast was the only reason its not 5 stars. was looking forward to the breakfast and although the food was ok the coffee was freezing cold I think it was the day befores not fresh or HOT. The orange juice was just orange water. everything else was ok but you get ready for a good hot cup of coffee and it was enough luke warm it was cold. otherwise a good stay“

„Communication was excellent with the host. Very clean inside and looks to be newly renovated with new appliances etc. Comfortable beds, clean fresh sheets, clean linens as well. Very welcoming environment and very comfortable. Good location in a nice neighborhood. Not really any complaints other than there only being 1 roll of toilet paper which wasn't that big of deal.“

„Very clean and beautiful property and excellent hosts. We will definitely be visiting again!!“
