« Room was not clean nor was bed made when we checked in. Requested a crib, could not get, and after we left they tried to charge my card an extra first 20 then 10 dollars for reasons I never got an explanation for. »

I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the front desk manager was so kind to switch it and we got in very late, so I was very thankful that he did that because I have small children. He mentioned that he wouldn't want to have his children in a smoking room either.So he completely understands »
