„Room smelled terrible and I went to make tea with Coffee maker and there were dead bugs and dirt in the Coffee maker. After that I didn't even want to see the breakfast. Keep driving someplace else. “

Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. “
