« The pool was very crowded and lots of kids being bullies to others and stealing their water toys. »

« Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower curtain was not long enough and water leaked a lot out of shower. Pool is not heated and there was no pool towels for a very long time. Parking lot is very far, didn't like that we had to go a ways to be able to park at underground parking or nearby parking garage when staying at south tower. »

« The address listed is not correct. Elevators didn’t work. Rooms smelled disgusting. The room was not cleaned at all ! Walking to our room they just had a dog running loose in the hallways. Asked for another room and it was also disgusting. Everything is rusted down to the bath tub. Parking lot was filled with men drinking and peeing outside of the building. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE‼️ »

« Room didn’t have hot water, it never got better than lukewarm. Called reception, had to change room from king to double. Water was warm but refrigerator didn’t work. Kept the room because I was too tired to change again but definitely not worth the 7 rating Expedia rates this place »

« El hotel esta limpio la comida es buena tengo unos detalles con el personal nada amables el manager super grosero nuestro clima de la habitacion no funciono no nos cambiaron la habitacion ni se resolvio el problema y el personal muy desinteresado de servir a los cliente amablemente es como si pidieras posada y no pagaras »
