« Was comfortable and nice and clean »

« The staff was nice and attendant however there was a lot of children I believe that was with the staff doing working hours. Running around inside the building. The building was okay. For as the supplies there was no emergency medical supplies to buy in case of overnight headache etc. I did not like the fact that it was not a wash basin of water in the breakfast room to wash your hands nor was there any hand sanitizer nearby. I also asked for handicap room with the handheld shower head the staff...

« This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it. »

Chambre très confortable.Pour ce qui est du check-in, les personnes au bureau n'avaient pas le sourire facile mais ça a quand même bien été.Dans notre chambre, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas complètement. Il faudrait réparer. Le déjeuner très basique. »

« Top tier customer service. I wish I would have paid attention to the name of the person who checked us in because they were so kind, helpful and professional. We arrived so late and were exhausted and they got us to our room quickly so we could rest. I would stay again. Great job!!! »
