« メイン棟1107号室に案内されましたが、入室直後から部屋全体に異臭を感じました。私には糞尿を連想するような臭いに感じられ、このまま滞在を続けることは難しいと判断し、フロントへ相談しました。 フロントに事情を伝えたところ、すぐに部屋を交換していただき、その後は快適に過ごすことができました。迅速に対応していただいた点には感謝しています。 一方、最初に案内された部屋は畳の劣化も目立ち、全体的に古さを感じました。歴史のある施設であることは承知していますが、客室の臭いや設備の状態については、より丁寧な点検・整備を期待します。 また、帰宅後に領収書の宛名に誤りがあったことにも気づきました。発行時の確認も徹底していただけると、より安心して利用できると思います。 今回はメイン棟の客室でしたので、他の棟や改装済みの客室では印象が異なるのかもしれません。 »

« hôtel très familial comme la station. buffet du soir parfait et très copieux... le petit déjeuner un peu moins bien. Onsen public très propre avec petit bassin extérieur... enneigé lors de notre séjour. rapport qualité prix excellent et proximité avec Tokyo rend cette station très attractive »

« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « It is my 2nd time to Kinta Naeba first time I met the old man Mr Kinta He was very friendly and proud to share how he has built Kinta Naeba from Scratch This time Mr Kinta was not there but the hospitality by the other staff was still perfect.
