« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Nice place. Very clean. They cater to members. Pretty expensive to have no view, next air conditioners. Staff was great. Leaky bathtub was fixed right away. Pool was very clean and nice. Starting to show its age. And they did move us from the first unit after we complained, as they were drilling holes for new pipes. (That unit should not have been rented until work was done).
