« Réservant pour Mâcon en France, la plateforme m'a orienté sur macon aux usa ! Aucune info juste après le paiement où l'adresse s'est affichée. Je suis très déçue car j'ai perdu une belle somme pour rien et l'hôtelier ne daigne pas rembourser. C'est honteux et cela démontre une totale absence d'ampathie et de sens commercial. »

« I stayed for only one night (Tuesday) and it happened to be the only night of the week that the restaurant was closed! My room was absolutely beautiful, but I was unable to open my windows to look at the view because my windows opened up to the hotel bar! Overall, it was a beautiful stay but I would’ve chosen a different room if I had known the bar would keep me up! The view was beautiful though »

« First time I’ve ever checked into a hotel and had to switch rooms. The first room (queen bed with a sleeper sofa for 3 of us) was tiny compared to an interior cruise cabin. Also the door would not open. My husband had to shove the door open with his shoulder. When we checked in the front desk was working off of a print out of who was in what room. I wasn’t thrilled that the lady working the front desk made a copy of my credit card. »

« Room was clean and good. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot water was empty for tea, had to get someone to fill it; water had sign that said lemon infused water but not a hint of lemon in it; sausage links were heated in water rendering them somewhat tasteless; some of the empty tables were not cleaned. »
