« I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The overall maintenance of the property was extremely poor. The bed and pillows were visibly unclean, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the door was broken and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that made using the facilities unbearable.
