„Fehlende englische Sprachkenntnisse machen Kommunikation äußerst schwierig.“

„This hotel is absolutely excellent! It is beautiful, clean and safe and the staff are exceptional! It is a little away from Gondar town which is really nice and it is gated with security. It has outdoor patio area and a rooftop sitting area and a bar. Our stay Included breakfast which was made to order and delicious! Rooms have a balcony and are elegant and comfortable. Hot water at all times and they have a generator. We will absolutely be staying again! Thank you to the staff!! “

„Die Einzelbungalows sind etwas kleiner und haben nur eine kleine Terrasse vor der Tür. Dafür sind die Bungalows sehr ruhig.“

„Staff very friendly and room was great minus the wifi which was terrible. The only other thing that really bothered me was I was told I could pay by card for my tour and I spent like an hour trying to get cash out because of the issue. I also broke my phone after they kept coming in and to bother me while trying to get money out. Other than that it was great. Oh and food is mediocre, juice is great though.“

„Yes“

„When we were in Gonder this summer there were some serious security situations in the city, which caught us by surprise. The hotel management actually helped us more than any officials or embassy. They ensured our safety at the hotel and made sure we had a safe way to leave the city (we had our kids with us). That was outstanding! I have never seen such strong presence and taking responsibility for guests.“
