« Very cute and clean cabin. Very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen could of had a few more pots and pans. We loved the all season fire pit - outside barn. The only thing that interfered with the peace and quiet was the neighbors dog. It barked, howled and whined constantly. Nice walking trail close by. Overall a cute, cozy cabin that we enjoyed and was able to unwind from our busy life. »

« If you do not understand “rustic” this is NOT the place for you. If you MUST have complete privacy (no doors on either bedroom) this is probably not the place for you. If you grew up camping in the 70’s and you miss it but your body has had enough of the cold hard ground - THIS is what you need! The doors and door handles take me back to visiting Great Grandma. The absolute charm of a northern cabin! Yet he has modernized the bathroom to the point of never wanting to leave. The hosts attention...

« Third year in a row we were able to stay at this location in Lewiston. Love the space. Beds are very comfortable and the location is close to the lakes. Hope to come back next year. »

« We found the cabin was well equipped. Wi-Fi access worked perfectly. The cabin layout provided plenty of room making it a comfortable place to relax. We enjoyed the outdoor seating with pleasant views. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. »

« We had a blast. The cabin is beautiful and very big its in a nice quiet area out in the woods but still close enough to town if you need anything and close to the AuSable river which is awesome. Will definitely go back. Also Robin was so nice and always responded immediately to all my questions. Oh yeah it comes with 4 kayaks so that saves a lot of money so you don't have to rent then from hitchman acres so that's cool. »
