« We wanted a couple of days somewhere that wasn’t too far from home but made us feel as though we were, and that is EXACTLY what we got! We began our weekend by entering a BEAUTIFUL A-frame house with amply space and gorgeous furnishings. « Captain Bill's Guest House was a wonderful choice for us. We wanted to go hiking at the various state parks in the area and there were several excellent ones nearby. After a full day of hiking we were able to go back and relax by the pool. I have never seen a more beautifully landscaped pool area. It was truly amazing! « Check in was very easy. Location was super close to the waterfall and it’s beautiful. The property is well kept and the room was well stocked. If you’re showing at C bar C it’s an easy 15 minute drive away. The only downside is that the walls are very thin and you can hear even quiet conversations from the room next to you. Unfortunately my Friday night neighbors must’ve had too much to drink, a symphony of vomiting from 4-730 am. »

« My friend and I met in the Indianapolis area for a girls weekend when she had a conference - and it’s halfway for each of us. We booked this due to value/price and wanting to try something different. The falls and surround area are amazing - make sure to see the upper and lower. The owners are great in communication and made access easy. The rental itself was clean and provided everything we needed. It is not Indianapolis adjacent, which it doesn’t claim to be, but the driving didn’t bother us....

« We had a great stay at Bill’s guest house for our family of four. We enjoyed the fishing (and swimming) -the pond is well stocked. Bill is a great host; he communicated proactively and easily. « Crowe Cabin is beautiful. Everything was so clean and well organized & stocked. We grilled outside, made smores in the firepit, fished a little, played board games and ate too much. My husband and I slept better than we have in years. Wheel chair accessible too! The grounds and scenery are immaculate and beautiful .
