I wasn't able to get a restful night's sleep. Either my knees or neck would be sore in the mornings 2. Not enough brightness / lights: The interior feels dark - with an okay ceiling light, where 1-2 if the bulbs would slowly go dim as tine went on. Kitchen light was brigther. »

« We decided to book this place because it was close to Garden of The Gods, and it was available at a great price. The view of the Ohio River was amazing.The host was friendly, and the room was clean.The only issue we had was the doorknob to the bathroom would stick, making it a little difficult to get out of the bathroom. »

« San Damiano was a very nice retreat. We could tell the staff does everything possible to be responsive and ensure a good stay. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows and just the right size. The fridge, microwave and stove are all new and we had all the utensils we needed. Good fireplace. The back area is very scenic. But be CAREFUL. Remember the back is a cliff. Our dog leaped off the cliff chasing a squirrel and plummeted about 200 feet. He's alive but in bad shape. The...

« Great little getaway! If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing weekend this is definitely it. Pictures don’t do this place justice, and everything is extremely well taken care of and maintained. Make sure to bring your fishing pole and swimming gear, the clean pond is ideal for both. Traveled here with my wife and our two boys, 10yo and 5mo, and it was just right for us. We’ll be back, thanks for an amazing stay! »

« Property was misrepresented. Was supposed to be 2 bedroom 2 bath handicapped accessible with ramp. They assigned us a one room 2 bed no ramp not handicapped accessible. We called after arrival then the host did not respond to 2 phone calls and a text message. When they finally got back to us they said they were sorry they assigned the wrong cabin to us. I asked for full refund called VRBO and asked for help with this. Now Verbo wants us to fight for our refund instead of just taking care of it. »

« We had a lovely relaxing trip. Our main focus was hiking but due to a heatwave we had to switch to early morning walks and more relaxing. It was cooler in the evening and the hot tub was the perfect place to star gaze. The screened in porch was great for breakfast. Space is limited for gourmet meals but simple meals are very doable.
