« Our showers were cold. My poor kids were shivering in their showers. Wife & I also took reluctant showers. We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. I took a shower the next morning & it was lukewarm. Definitely ruined the stay. The pool was tiny, so dint expect any actual swimming. It’s more of an above ground pool you’d see in backyards. Nous n’avions pas de serviettes dans la chambre, nous avons du aller les chercher... il y a avait des dejeuner froid, dans des sacs le matin et lorsque nous en avons demandé un, la dame était sur son cellulaire et semblait fâché qu’on la derange pour avoir une barre tendre et un yougourt... quand est venu le moment de check out nous allions sortir de la chambre (il etait 11:03) la dame de l’accueil est venu frapper à la porte avec ardeur pour...

« Nice hotel…but…we had ants in our bathroom and what we assume was blood on our comforter. Need more people at the front desk. The poor woman was running all around getting things for people and line was backed up a lot. Felt bad for her. Pizza restaurant was very good and responsibly priced but very slow. »

« We checked out immediately after checking in. Quality Inn should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this hotel. It was disgustingly dirty, have the lights and outlets didn’t work which isn’t surprising since there were holes in the walls with electrical wires hanging out. The smell was terrible. I booked this in a hurry based off of other Quality Inns that I have stayed at and did not read any reviews. Next time I will pay more attention! »
