„We booked a room with two individual beds. We got a room with a single bed. We complained, but there was no answer from the owner. I finally got an answer offering me another room with a single bed and a mattress on the floor. This did not work for us we are older folks. We had no option, but to stay. Too late to book anything else. the place was a furnace, I reached out again and asked if they could bring us a fan. No answer from them. Over all the place was horrible. I will ask for a full ...
