« Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. « Le site web de Radisson annonce une navette entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel gratuite et disponible 24/24. Ce qui est faux. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l’hôtel (après une attente de plusieurs minutes et constatant qu’aucune navette de passait). Une fois rendu à l’hotel, nous nous sommes informés sur la navette annoncée (car nous avions pris cet hôtel spécifiquement pour le service de navette) et la réponse fut qu’au Navette n’existait et qu’il fallait prendre un taxi qu’il pouvait...

« I stayed at the Radisson and it was nice, but problem with english.Food " very Indian " Food not bad they could do much better. I went for dental surgery, but was too scared to go outside of the hotel. The Radisson is in a very Bad location. Outside the hotel, too dirty, much begging and too much noise. Reception staff were wonderful. »

« Nice room and a comfortable bed. The gym was well equipped and the outdoor swimming pool was clean. There is also a small steam room which helped after the workout. The staff were helpful. The breakfast offering and the menu for the other meals was comprehensive and the food was fresh and delicious. »

« Loud music played until 2 am and I did not sleep all night. The morning breakfast was substandard, with most food either covered or not set out prior to 7 am open. Rooms are not well kept, shower and tub felt dirty, as did bedding. Look for other, branded options when staying in Phagwara. »
