„Tolles Haus mit außergewöhnlichem Restaurant Netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen, sauberes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon und sagenhaftem Meerblick. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant sollte man nicht verpassen. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachtisch waren ausgezeichnet. Und der chilenische Wein natürlich auch. Hätten wir in dieser Gegend nie vermutet. Klare Empfehlung.“

„Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. „Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. “
