« The entire hotel lost power and forced us to move to another hotel that was not all inclusive. No one from the hotel even communicated that we had to move hotels until 10 minutes prior and they told us we would get a refund and we are still waiting and they haven’t responded to any correspondence! Very disappointed!! »

« Staff was very helpful and polite »

« J'ai aimé la plage et la mer. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins et répond aux questions posées. Je n'ai pas aimé la façon dont le transport de l'hôtel vers les différents points d'attraction se fait. Si tu n'as pas de voiture il faut négocier le prix du transport avec les chauffeurs de taxi. Les prix peuvent être exagérés si tu n'as pas d'idée. Ce n'est pas réglementé et il faut payer cash . »

« I enjoyed my trip. My stay was excellent. The ocean view beachfront room was a plus. Clean right on the water, staff was very attentive to my needs and no problem handling issues.. check was great the front desk lady Shaun was very patient and kind.. I will definitely recommend this resort and I will definitely book again if I have another trip here »

« I stayed for a night after a long travel. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful. I loved the overall experience and will be going back. »

« Hotel location is great. Rooms are ok. Restaurant food less than ok. The bar is good »

« Unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken. The spa was closed. The town was empty and very depressed. The bar was very nice. The room was clean, but the mosquitoes were out of control and could eat you up alive. There was basically no beach »

« Small grounds, on the beach, staff and owners go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I don't like to always eat out, so having kitchens and grills outside is perfect. »

« Bon accueil de l’hôte. Appartement charmant et propre »
