« Have to say the staff were good and very helpful and I have no problem with anyone working at the hotel. The atmosphere within the bar area was quite poor and the tv remote was broken so couldn’t watch sports.
The main issue I had with the hotel was the music piped in through the obviously knackered speakers which as so distorted it was painful to listen too. We actually had to ask the breakfast staff to turn it down and they agreed it was terrible. Until this is resolved I can’t see myself...

« This is a beautiful house right in Ironbridge!
We would very happily go back, the house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, the owners thought of everything. My daughter loved the games and chess board. With the cottage being right by the bridge, the view is lovely! Super comfortable bed, 5 stars!!
The pedestrian street is so pretty, you must go up the hill and do the round loop, beautiful and peaceful. »

« Waited 2 hours after check-in to get my room. Room was very poor and not worth the money. Pokey little single with no outlook, basic amenities, tiny TV that didn't work. Breakfast team were very pleasant but food was cold. Outdated business resting on its laurels and not reinvesting for the benefit of guests. I should' really have complained and asked for discount but was with a group and didn't want to create any unpleasantness. »
