« The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently! »

« We had a wonderful time while staying at Lydia’s family home. She was so helpful and a gracious host, she had everything we needed at the house and much more! The house was clean and very comfortable. Had nice seating area outside to enjoy the sun. Within walking distance to downtown and the soaking district! Plan on going back soon! »

« We have enjoyed staying at this location summer of 2024 and again this year, summer of 2025. Property is charming and well furnished with alot of character. We love the safety and privacy that the privacy fence provides as we have a special needs child. We enjoy staying at the casita while visiting Elephant Butte State Park and Riverbend Mineral Springs. Property is conveniently located to both Elephant Butte and T&C. »
