« I want to start by saying the staff was amazing and very accommodating at waves resort. Our issue was the tiny beach, tiny pool and limited food options. It wasn’t clear that the water taxi that could take you to sister resorts to eat didn’t run at night. This is the most important meal, in my opinion. But they were very gracious about moving us to a resort that fit our needs better. »

« Tout d’abord, l’accueil et le personnel n’ont pas été très agreable. Pour la chambre, le wifi ne captais pas, hormis dans la salle de bain ce sui n’est pas pratique. Pas d’eau chaude les 2 premiers jours, à peine tiède. La piscine n’était pas d’une propreté exemplaire. Enfin, le summum, c’est d’attirer les clients avec une offre spéciale avec massage en duo pour l’annuler au dernier moment. Au global, si j’avais su j’aurais choisi un autre hôtel car celui ci ne mérite pas ses notes. »

« I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. « Everything in the property was as described. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a problem starting the gas stove but a call to Nigel the house manager got that fixed immediately.
