« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. « The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! Our room was also on the 3rd floor which meant every step or noise the people above us made were heard very clearly. If we were to stay again the 4th floor would be a best choice and because Vila...

« The wait to check in was very long and unorganized. We paid more for a room that was by the waterpark and we were put in a different building that they said was still “considered close” to the waterpark and it definitely was not. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The outside mini golf corse was really run down. We had people smoking weed right outside our door the whole time. The waterpark was pretty neat with lots of an activities and seating. Overall I would not stay here again. It...
