« Staff really went out of their way to make guests happy. Nothing was too difficult. The property suited my needs very well; comfortable, plenty of space to relax, homely, safe and clean with staff on-hand to assist if required. I'd stay there again. »

« La chambre est très propre et le personnel aux petits soins. Le canapé convertible etait très inconfortable pour ma petite-fille et dès mon signalement, ils ont amené un sur matelat pour y remédier . Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il manque un peu de variété dans les aliments proposés. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 500m du centre, près de la route certes, mais les doubles vitrages sont efficaces. Je recommande cet établissement »

« This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available. « We went to the Royal Sunset with 6 of our Tongan young friends who help us at a humanitarian clinic we work in. We are leaving Tonga and wanted to thank them for all they do. We decided to spend the night at the Royal Sunset. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained and the rooms were unbearably hot. The pool water was brown. Of the 3 kayaks that were available for use, 2 took on water as soon as you pulled them into the ocean. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our lunch and we were...

« Приятный отель в уединенном природном малонаселенном месте на берегу океана. Относительно комфортные бунгало на побережье. Красивое побережье с песочным пляжем. Недалеко кораллы и рыбы. Организуют неплохой завтрак и ужин. Очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь хозяева.
Из минусов.
Оочень слабый wi-fi (сайты не открываются или очень медленно), самый дохлый из тех отелей Тонги, где я был. Мобильный интернет тоже почти не работает. Хотя сам отель достаточно дорогой среди отелей Тонги. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Simon's Place, however there are a few areas that we feel the owners may want to address:
1. Carpets in the rooms – The carpets in the rooms appear quite worn and would benefit from either replacement or a thorough dry clean. We stayed in two rooms and also saw another room booked by friends, and the condition was similar across them.
2. Televisions in the rooms – Adding TVs in the rooms would improve the guest experience.
3. Breakfast options – It would be great to see...
