« An overall air of messiness when you first arrive at the property. The property exterior is not well maintained- grass uncut, paint chipping, paths dirty overhangs, window sills, broken mirror. Layout very strange with the only bathroom directly off of the kitchen. Furniture basic and definitely nothing about the home is designer. »

« Perfectly sized and comfortable private cabin. Host was quick to respond when needed. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« The three of us really enjoyed our stay at this pretty, well-appointed house. It had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, living room was a great place to sit and talk together at the end of a long day. We should have lit a fire, and used the hot tub - not enough time in our schedule! »

« My partner and I spent 5 wonderfully relaxing days exploring the small towns in the area, grilling out and enjoying being surrounded by so much natural beauty. The home is very clean and well equipped to make any stay comfortable. We are very much looking forward to planning our next visit. »

« Lovely home. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Very homey. Comforable.. Very convenient to the wedding venue (Stissing Restaurant). I confess that the extensive taxidermy collection was a bit more pronounced than shown in the pictures, but we got used to it and then it was part of the charm. »

« We stayed in this house last year and liked it so much we went back again. Three of us stayed very comfortably - two of us sharing a room with the twin beds, and the 3rd getting her own big bed. We spent time sitting around the kitchen table as well as hanging out in the living room. We had everything we needed, very easy and cozy. « Could not have gone much better. The place is lovely. Plenty of space indoor and out for our whole group to gather but also nice little nooks for smaller conversations. Whole family had a great time. Super clean, chef kitchen, huge yard for frisbee and bocce. »

« This was a dream rental. The house was very cozy and perfectly sized for my group who visited town for Rhinebeck. I wish we had more time to explore the area immediately around the house, but we really enjoyed the view of the lake and the cozy interior. »
