« Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers Sapphire Valley was top notch. The entire facility was updated and very clean. I was pleased with the staff as warm, welcoming, and helpful when asked about good restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and updated. This hotel is located only a few miles from downtown Cashiers giving lots of things to do like visiting the historical Zachary-Tolbert House. I definitely recommend this place and will be back as we usually travel to this area every other year. Highly...

« This was one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at located walking distance to downtown shops. We had a delicious breakfast made to order. The manger was welcoming and eager, genetic to help find restaurants and things today. Looking forward to planning our next trip to Hendersonville area to stay in this B&B. »

« Très déçu. C'est trop cher pour le prix payé. Nous avions la chambre 2. Impossible de passer entre le côté droit du lit et le mur à cause de la climatisation. Pas de table ou d'étagère pour un simple smartphone de ce côté. Isolation phonique inexistante : des gens parlaient sur la terrasse jusqu'à 2h00! Ils sont passés sur TV ensuite jusqu'à 5h...et comme l'isolation n'avait pas changé entre temps. La chambre est petite et surtout mal organisée, contrairement à tous autres les hôtels de notre...

« We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! »

« The property grounds are gorgeous and the customer service is awesome. It has great amenities and is clean in general. We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the jacuzzi. It is close to the waterfalls, which we loved. A couple of things they could do better is update their TVs and make sure dishes are clean in the cabinets. We pull out a bowl and it was disgustingly dirty. Not a little smudge, it was dirty with food and not even rinsed. »

« l’hôtel est facilement accessible et à proximité d'une grande zone commerciale. Le point négatif majeur est la taille des lits. Nous étions 3, un couple + un ado, et les lits font 120 ... donc petits pour 2 personnes. Il était pourtant indiqué lit double sur le site pour la réservation, ce qui en France équivaut à un 140. Aux US il faut systématiquement privilégier les lits en queen size (160). Le petit déjeuner est composé uniquement de gauffres, café, thé. »
