„Nice place in a rural surrounding. Beds are quite small but comfy. They have coffee most of the day in the lobby, but there is no breakfast. The house would need some paint. The staff is vere friendly and helpful. Nearby is a shop with a Subway and 2 restaurants in walking distance. “

„Lovely B and B in a stately, historic house. Marsha is an excellent host. The food is excellent and most comes from their working farm or other WV farms. The surrounding property is beautiful. My room was spacious and comfortable.“

„Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! “

„This place was cleaned to its best when we arrived! Everything looked and even smelled brand new. It was definitely an experience that we'll be coming back to. The jacuzzi was amazing, and the fire pit provided with wood was awesome too! They even brought us a fire starter later the next day for us! The host is incredibly respectful and nice! I HIGHLY recommend booking this for a little get-away vacation!!!“

„This place exceeded our expectations immensely. The owner has thought of everything, right down to the last detail. The kitchenette is fully stocked with literally everything you would need to prepare a meal, right down to a selection of spices. Same for the bathroom and laundry; soaps, shampoos & conditioners, detergent pods, even cotton swabs.
