« The staff was wonderful, very kind, and helpful. The ambiance and location were great. We stayed in a tent which was lovely in many ways, but there was a dog that stayed there before us and the floors had so much dog hair and even a huge ball of human hair. It appeared that they completely forgot to clean the floors. We let them know and they came and cleaned, rugs were vacuumed but hair just was moved around, still had clumps of fur and hair in multiple places it was really gross. It was...

« all the staff is extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and well kept. I understand that you have to pay more for the water park on Friday,Saturday,and Sunday, But was there during the week and was not aware that the hot tub and pool would be closed. I chose this location because of the hot tub and was unable to use. When booking check to make sure the hot tub and pool are open if you are planning to utilize these amenities. »

« L’accueil a été bon. La chambre était spacieuse et propre par contre on nous a donné la pire chambre de l’hôtel: juste à côté du lobby et de l’espace petit déjeuner et en face de la machine à glaçons. Très très bruyant donc. A minima il faudrait mettre des portes pour fermer l’espace de la machine à glaçons. Et je n’ai pas l’impression que l’hôtel était plein: cette chambre devrait être attribuée en dernier recours. »

Smores offerts( pour deux alors que nous étions 4). Propre. Pas d espace pour les valises dans la cabane pour 4. C’était super chouette , calme . Attention l’arrivée est autonome. Pas de réception, vous recevez un texto avec les codes. »

« La chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons trouvé dans le canapé lit d’anciens draps non changés. Nous avons du rester 2 nuits et personne n’est passé pour refaire un peu les lits. Nous avions 3 serviettes pour 5 perosnnes. Le sol était coolant… »
