« The hotel has wonderful ambiance, and its location is central to shops, spa services, and parks. My ample room was well-appointed, bright, and attractive, and each of the accessible staff was warm and helpful. I had a wonderful meal at the Morgan Tavern and enjoyed a book in a comfy chair set by a cozy fire in the welcoming lobby. All I'd hoped for, thanks much! »

« We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny...

« my wifi wouldnt work just to find out as i was leaving that they had spelled my last name wrong which is used to connect to the wifi. they had sandli instead of sandlin but the staff as beyond excellent! The check in guy and the shuttle drivers were so kind asnd considerate. we are going back in october and taking another couple and geting 2 rooms »

« in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect »
