« World Famous? That's a small world. The "cabin" is trailer divided in half, not water front, don't even have a view of the water unless you're standing. So sitting on the porch to enjoy the view is not possible. There's fasteners in the walls where towel rods or hooks used to be. « Front desk staff very friendly. Hotel under remodel and just dirty. Inside elevator they had left dirty handprints all over the elevator buttons this should have been cleaned up by the contractors at the end of the day and wasn’t.in the room the carpet by the ac was all wet so we asked to change rooms. They were very helpful and moved us to another room. This room the carpet was all wet too. Began to be concerned about mold if this has been happening. The ac in the second room didn’t work...

« Room door was just “unlocked”, as were window. As a single woman that was unnerving. Need to put something on the floor under the beds legs so it doesn’t just move around the room. The room was clean which was nice. I didn’t understand why an envelope for tipping the housekeeper was in the room as the rules said to clean all dishes, empty refrigerator and throw away garbage in outside bin. »

« Incredible, peaceful stay right by the river. The cabin is about 2 hours west of Dallas/Fort Worth and perfect for a weekend getaway. It sits right on the river where you can fish or kayak if you want. For this visit, we were strictly looking for a peaceful weekend with no distractions and that is exactly what you get here. The host was attentive and gracious, and the cabin was clean and well kept. I would definitely come back again for another peaceful weekend where you can see the stars...

« Inside the Cabin was clean, kitchen faucet is loose. The sitting area overlooking the river is beautiful & serene. The outside of the property has a lot of potential but is somewhat cluttered/unkept— but the view is awesome. The Host was helpful & responsive. »

« House was clean, really nice fixtures, right on the water. Kids loved the kayaks and the dock. Beds were all comfortable and amble amount of room for family of 4. Boat ramp is close by as well. Loved the outdoor patio and grill. »

« Great view and the beds were clean and comfortable. They have towels, body wash, and dish soap. The stove top only had one burner that could be used making it difficult to cook. There was some dishes but I recommend bringing your own cooking utensils and dishes. The power went out most of the day and it didn’t come back on until late evening. The cabin was very dirty and the cabinets smelled terrible. There was a broken ladder on the bunk bed and the bathroom was dirty as well. »
