Carpet was extremely dirty in some spots & there was a pervasive odor throughout the room-not certain if smoke or mildew-maybe both. "I stayed here based on reviews from other guests. They didn't let me down. I wanted a quiet and comfortable place to stay while I ventured across the border into Switzerland to see Porrentruy and other towns in the region. I arrived late and they left a key and instructions out for me. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and breakfast and dinner were great. It was a perfect spot for my trip. Thank you!"

"Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!"

"Building overheated so strongly in winter that we were sweating just sitting in the room. Breakfast choices very VERY limited; just breakfast cereal and yoghurts and croissants. However, staff were helpful, location was convenient for us and the room was fairly big"

"All is new, very nice apartments, new Building but no air conditioning, very hot during summer, have to buy a Fan so it was a little better, washing is okay but confusing! I used it for two times washing and drying, and I paid for 5 cycle, because Maintenance interrupted the power and when restart it count like a new cycle !!!!!!"
