« L'endroit est très bien placé, le logement assez grand et pratique (cuisine complète), l'accueil gentil, chaleureux et généreux (serviettes de plage, café, shampoing, prêt de planches de surf, etc.). Le cadre est vraiment très beau, et l'accès direct à la plage très appréciable. A savoir pour ceux qui comme moi voyagent uniquement avec bagages à main : il n'y a pas de lave-linge sur place (laverie à quelques kilomètres). Sinon tout est parfait ! »

« Rental was for my son and his new bride on their honeymoon. They loved the location and the proximity to activities. The property was well kept and well stocked. The host, Stephanie, was fantastic to work with and made the rental process seamless. »

« We had such a nice visit in Cocoa Beach with our extended family. Two sides of the same house separated by the laundry room was perfect, we were able to put the kids to sleep and the adults could hang out together without waking them. Big pool and a lovely yard, and a short walk to the beach. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Hope to visit again. Thanks! »

« Coastal retreat is very clean, nice relaxing place and only a short walk to the beach. They offer everything you need from coffee, plenty of towels, a beach wagon and chairs. They are also extremely pet friend with a pet shower, towels and treats. I will be back to visit again❣️ »

« The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Overall clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve actually thought about doing a joint family trip and using both town houses to sleep 10 comfortably. The owners are very relaxed and easy to get ahold of for questions. I am so glad they are property owners in Cocoa Beach so that we have a place to look forward to staying on our...

« Everything was great. I only have a suggestion about the windows curtains. Windows and slider needs non see through or a second set to close that will Let light in but give privacy. Also the key pad would stick and we needed to use alternate master key. But all good. Staff was great. »
